One broccoli head
One avocado
Coconut cream/milk
One onion
Coconut oil
Method :
Heat coconut oil on a pan and add chopped onions . Fry till the onions. Tubs translucent . Add broccoli florets and stir fry . Add some water and steam the broccoli , once it is tender add the avocado . Add salt . Blend .
Add coconut cream.
